The Big Spring Convention & Visitors Bureau (the “CVB”) respects your privacy. We collect only the information you choose to provide, for example an email address when you sign up for our newsletter, and use it solely for destination marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

With your consent, we use two third-party measurement tools to understand which trip-planning content is helpful and which channels bring visitors to Big Spring:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous pageview and event data, with IP anonymisation enabled.
• Meta Pixel — anonymous pageview data used to measure the effectiveness of any destination-marketing campaigns we run on Facebook or Instagram.

Neither tool is loaded until you accept the consent banner. If you decline, no third-party scripts run and no related cookies are set. The site works exactly the same either way.

We also keep first-party operational logs (for example, which outbound “Book direct” links visitors click) to help local businesses understand the traffic this site sends them. These logs do not identify you personally.

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the footer of every message. To request access to or deletion of your data, email privacy@visitbigspring.com.
